Designed vehicle LAV 4x4 is a four-wheel vehicle determined for wide use in difficult terrain and climatic conditions. The basic concept considers a transportation of 5 persons and load or 7 persons without load.The main feature of vehicle is modular concept which permits quick change of damaged module. Vehicle is designed for two different ballistic protections. The first version does not offer any ballistic protection, the second version offers protection at Level 1 according to STANAG 4569. Both versions can be upgraded by add-on armor. V-shaped bottom decreases effects of explosion under the vehicle. Vehicle LAV 4x4, thanks to powerful combustion engine, reaches maximal velocity 160 km/h. Drive system is equipped with 6-speed automatic gearbox. The double wishbone arm suspension is used to obtain maximal stability and drive capabilities. Also the alternative drive systems are designed. Dimensions of the inner space are chosen with aiming to the offer of maximal comfort for passengers.
